If an article does not explicitly say that a product was hands-on tested, readers should treat it as an independent research-based buying guide rather than a laboratory review.
How recommendations are ranked
Recommendations are based on usefulness for a defined buyer, not simply popularity. We consider trade-offs, value, ease of use, durability signals, compatibility, and whether a less expensive option solves the same problem.
